EU Proposal Writing: Rules Under Horizon Europe, AMIF, COSME | 1-2 June 2020

Overview

Brussels Academy which equips professionals with skills that will facilitate their access to the job market via structured training sessions and mentorship programs. Within this scope, we are organising a professional training on project proposal writing under the rules of Horizon Europe, AMIF and COSME. The training is organised with Vocal Europe. This training session aims to provide young professionals with both a thorough understanding of EU project proposal writing and the theoretical and practical fundamentals of EU grants under the Horizon Europe, AMIF and COSME programs. Participants can expect to gain the following skill-set by attending this training session:

Understand the expectations and the ecosystem

Understand the information and data available

Understand the proposal writing workflow

Be comfortable with the structure of Horizon Europe, AMIF and COSME

Master the methods needed to prepare a proposal effectively

Understand the importance of the submission and evaluation processes used to assess proposals

Know how to implement the project

The training will aim at arming the participants with the necessary skills to apply for these positions:

Target Audience

The training is designed for members of universities, the private sector and NGOs who want to deepen their expertise concerning the fundamentals of bid writing for project calls funded by the EU and other tenders.

The training will be taking place on 1 June 2020 and 2 June 2020, 2020. There will be 4 sessions.

Registration

Registration is now open for participants who want to attend the training. Due to limited places, you should register as early as possible by sending an email to training@vocaleurope.eu with “EU Proposal Writing” as subject. Please do not forget to attach your CV to the email. Once we receive your email, we will send you the registration form.

Certificate

Upon completion of the entire training, participants will receive an official certificate of attendance signed by Mr Henri Malosse (30th President of the European Economic and Social Committee).

Traineeship

This training will also provide participants with the opportunity to do a three-month traineeship at Vocal Europe. At the end of the training session, two participants will receive an offer to complete a traineeship. The selection will be based on participants’ performance over the course of the training.

The training will take place via Zoom. Each participant will receive a link to have access to the platform from Vocal Europe.
