This intensive 3-day training delivers expert knowledge in three content-rich days, combining strategic insights, case-based discussions, and practical simulations.

The training will be held online via Zoom, making it easily accessible from anywhere. Participants will receive a personalized Zoom link and detailed access instructions from Brussels Academy three days prior to the start of the training.
